Shipping Policy – La’Santino:
Welcome to La’Santino. We aim to provide a smooth, reliable and transparent shipping experience for every order.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Norway: 1–4 business days
- European destinations: 4–7 business days
- Outside European destinations: 5-14 buiness days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures or periods of high demand.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Customs:
Our Hooded Cardigans and Hoodless Cardigans are fulfilled through our international 3PL logistics partner.
For EU orders, applicable VAT and EU import tariffs are included and prepaid by La’Santino. This means there are no additional customs charges, duties or VAT to pay upon delivery for eligible Hooded and Hoodless Cardigan orders.
All eligible shipments include tracking for a smoother and more reliable delivery experience.
We are gradually expanding our 3PL fulfilment network and plan to stock additional La’Santino products with our logistics partner over time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method. Most European orders are delivered within approximately 4–7 business days, while orders within Norway typically arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to selected destinations available at checkout.
If your country is available in the country selector and checkout, shipping is available to that destination.
Tracking:
All eligible orders are shipped with tracking.
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For EU orders of Hooded Cardigans and Hoodless Cardigans fulfilled through our 3PL partner, applicable VAT and import duties are prepaid by La’Santino. No additional customs duties, import charges or VAT should be payable upon delivery.
For other products or destinations not currently covered by our prepaid 3PL fulfilment service, local customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Any such charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
For lost shipments, please contact our customer service team so we can review the tracking information and assist you with the next steps.
Please retain all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
