Order Processing

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping is normally 1-4 buiness days. Orders outside Norway are processed within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with trackingnumber. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  Some locations within Europe may require longer delivery times. Mostly 4-7 working days. Norway 1-4 working days.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Europe only. 

Tracking & Confirmation

A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Tracking numbers become active within 72 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to their order. Lasantinoclothing.com is not liable for charges incurred during or after shipping. 

Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged items for inspection when filing your claim.
