Refund Policy

Returns
You may return your package within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when delivered – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at santinoreturns@gmail.com . Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address.
Please note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or faulty – in that case, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the case and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
